Sculpture. Installation. Performance. Drawing is a catalogue of the work shown at Nicholas Hlobo's survey exhibition at the Museum of Art, Architecture and Design in Oslo. The exhibition presents a number of works that show how Hlobo uses different media to address issues of gender, cultural difference and contemporary politics. The monograph includes essays by Jan Erik Lundstrom of Samisk Kunstersenter; Kerryn Greenberg, assistant curator at Tate Modern; and Gavin Jantjies, the curator of the exhibition.
